The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a Manufacturing company in the College Park, GA area.
COMPENSATION: 90k to 100k
MUST HAVE:
5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment
MUST HAVE:
An Associates or Bachelors degree
MUST HAVE:
Payroll and benefits processing experience
MUST HAVE:
Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Be the point of contact and Human Resources representative for the site for interviews, employee onboarding - off boarding, safety audits, etc
-Support and facilitate training activities within the facility
-Maintain pertinent HR documentation and coordinate with corporate
-Coordinates interviews
-Adhere to and identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the fascility
-Perform onboarding for new hires and exit interviews
-Practices safe work practices
-Performs facility tours and safety inspections
-Investigate and document workplace accidents and process workers compensation claims
-Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
-Reporting Capability
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment
