Job DescriptionRole OverviewAs a Product Specialist within the Creation, Design & Development (CD&D) team, you will play a key role in supporting the global Animal Nutrition business, with a particular focus on feed additives. You will act as a technical expert, supporting both internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the Bioactive Additives portfolio across global markets.
Main Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to the global sales force, regional CD&D teams, and key accounts:
- Deliver product and application training
- Support trial design, implementation, and data analysis
- Answer technical queries related to Bioactive additives
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions
- In collaboration with global and regional marketing leads, develop impactful technical and promotional materials:
- Data sheets, brochures, presentations, technical bulletins
- Contributions to scientific and industry conferences
- Work closely with internal departments (quality, regulatory, supply chain, production, commercial excellence) to ensure product alignment and customer satisfaction for the Bioactives range.
Candidate Profile- Master's degree in Animal Sciences (nutrition, production, or related field) or Veterinary degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the animal nutrition industry
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle: technical management, launch, and promotion
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (online & in person)
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
- Passion for continuous learning
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
