Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)Position SummaryThe Financial Analyst will support corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities while partnering with multiple manufacturing facilities to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end close and financial reporting.
- Analyze plant financial performance, costs, and variances.
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
- Support AP/AR functions and inventory-related accounting.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
- 3+ years of manufacturing accounting or finance experience required.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing operations.
- ERP experience required; Plex preferred.
- CPA and public accounting experience are a plus.
