As a Farm/Crop Sales Intern you will: - Learn about the farm and crop insurance sales process.
- Opportunity to observe and shadow experienced farm agents.
- Participate in county and state-level farm marketing events.
- Learn to identify risks and hazards on farming operations.
- Learn and participate in the farm quoting process of farm insurance clients.
- Gain knowledge and experience of the crop insurance process.
- Effectively communicate decisions, recommendations, and job-related information to internal and external customers.
- Promote good working relationships with all Company divisions.
We are looking for students majoring or minoring in Agriculture or related field.
