Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities- Set up and operate extrusion machinery
- Maintain extrusion machinery and keep it running efficiently
- Monitor the output of extruded materials and adjust settings to ensure quality
- Perform routine inspections and log results
- Perform replacement of worn dies
- Optimize speed of extrusion
- Set controls to regulate steam, air pressure, sizing rings, and temperature
- Locate defects on extruded products
- Performs quality in process monitoring (Moisture content, kibble sizes, etc.)
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Ensure compliance to GMP and HCCP requirements
- Ensure 100% safety engagement
Your Profile- Proficiency with hand tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to read and interpret process flow and diagram
- Good communication skills
- Organization skills
- Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- Keen to Details
- Minimum 1 year experience as extruder operator
