Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
Salary Up to $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Southern US
Our client is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join their manufacturing team and play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and continuously improving operation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS THE EHS MANAGER:
- Lead and manage the facility's Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state EHS regulations.
- Prepare required regulatory reports and maintain EHS records.
- Partner with production and plant management to identify and resolve safety and environmental issues.
- Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Manage the workers' compensation program.
- Stay current with changing regulations and industry best practices.
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the facility.
- Support plant vehicle and security programs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN EHS MANAGER:
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of EHS/Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state EHS regulations.
- Experience developing and implementing EHS programs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both management and employees on the plant floor.
- ASP or CSP certification or willingness to obtain.
