*Be a leader on the floor.
*Oversees loadout
*Checks trailers, seals trailers, and performs necessary trailer and driver paperwork.
*Oversees the running of production for cooler and caseroom.
*Maintains records.
*Basic DMS responsibilities, scanners.
*Maintains and assist with cooler inventory when needed.
*Assist with trailers and usage.
* Must be forklift certified.
* Basic computer and Excel experience helpful.
* Follow company guidelines and training.
* Work as a team player in a team atmosphere.
* Reports directly to Cooler Manager
* Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Willing to learn and be leader.
- Be a company representative who leads and uses the guiding principles.
