Our client is currently seeking a
Production Manager (3rd Shift)to lead overnight operations within a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This leadership position is responsible for driving production performance, food safety, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational goals are achieved.
Qualifications & Requirements:Education and/or Certification Requirement- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
- Relevant food manufacturing certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience within food manufacturing operations.
- Previous experience in poultry processing required.
- Direct experience in first processing operations strongly preferred.
- Experience overseeing production schedules, staffing levels, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
Additional Requirements- Must be willing to work 3rd Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday).
