Natalie s Orchid Island Juice Company is searching for a field salespersonto accelerate growth in their territory.

This position is a great opportunity for a self-motivated - self-directed, extremely responsible, creative and forward-thinking individual.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative sales professional that is energized by the idea of building on top of the strong foundation that exist and introduces new approaches and new ideas that assist in taking Natalie s Orchid Island Juice Company to the next level.

Summary:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing salesstrategies & campaigns. Sales is our source of energy and enthusiasm. While we get excited about squeezing the juices, we equally get excited about incredible, creative, and out of the box salesinitiatives.

Job Requirements

This person must be a self-starting, strong leader who is capable of:

  • Conducting strategic salesresearch and analysis.
  • Recommending, developing and implementing salesstrategies and campaigns.
  • Partnering and supporting new business proposals and initiatives.
  • Managing our communications strategy by working with partners who can help us tell our story.
  • Expanding our brand in existing and new markets by working with our sales organization and through traditional and non-traditional salesapproaches.
  • Additional requirements:
  • We require that a candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of strategic salesexperience.
  • Must have current and applicable beverageexperience.
  • Must have excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Travel required.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
