ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pull sample of eggs from machine
Do internal egg temperature
Do Egg Breakout and report fertility
Count chicks off of production line
Watch machines and record information
Conduct egg pack assessments
ConductChick assessments
Conduct water loss assessments
Record data in Mtechand MyQM
Backup night shift personnel
Backup embrex and spray vac mixers
Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified byHatchery Manager.

Know how to use and locate the emergency stop switch.
