QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN - HACCP

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate quality levels of products, areas, and people
• Required to know both harvest and cold side departments
• Follow all food safety requirements and ensure guidelines are being followed
• Ensure all company safety guidelines are being followed
• Work closely with management to achieve production objectives

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written andverbally)
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and humid environments as required.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food processing facility
• Ability to work in extremely hot andcold conditions
• Ability to work on a tablet
• Basic computer skills required

• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
