Food Talent Solutions is conducting a search for a Quality Assurance Supervisor on behalf of a rapidly growing food manufacturer.
This position will provide day-to-day leadership for the Quality Assurance team on an assigned production shift, ensuring products consistently meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will partner closely with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance to drive quality performance while leading a team of Quality Technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Leadership responsibility for approximately 5 Quality Technicians
- Highly visible role supporting production and food safety initiatives

Target Candidate Profile
- Quality Assurance or Food Safety leadership experience within food, beverage, bakery, dairy, protein, or related manufacturing
- Experience leading or mentoring Quality Technicians in a production environment
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMPs, SQF, FDA, and food safety programs
- Experience supporting internal and third-party audits
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Operations
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus
