FSQA SPECIALIST
Food co0manufacturing compnay that makes a wide variety of ready to eat snack foods including health food bars is looking for a FSQA specialist.

Responsibilities
We?re looking for ahands-on FSQA professionalwith5+ years? experiencein food manufacturing or R&D.
You?ll lead consumer complaint investigations, foreign material incident reviews, product sensory evaluations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-quality products for our customers.
You?ll be a key point of contact for customer quality requests
balancing responsiveness with realistic, value-driven recommendations.
This role will help ease the workload of our QA Manager while actively working on the production floor to ensure compliance, resolve issues, and support production needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s in Food Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years FSQA or R&D experience in food manufacturing
Strong HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance knowledge
Skilled in investigations and corrective action development
Excellent communication skills; able to manage challenging customer requests
Bonus points - Bilingual Spanish a big plus
Full time, first shift, at our large McCook, IL manufacturing facility.
