Valley Milk, LLC is a state-of-the-art 24/7/365 powdered milk ingredient processing facility on a 30-acre site in Turlock, CA. The plant is designed for and has capacity to process 2.5 MM pounds of raw milk per day. The company is owned by a highly successful group of dairy farmers and related dairy professionals.

Our mission is to be a world class dairy ingredient processor and marketer of premium milk powders with emphasis on quality, food safety, and profitability. Valley Milk sources 100% of its raw milk requirements from designated dairies owned and operated by the founding families, from over 34,000 cows within a 45-mile radius of our plant location.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator. Two different schedules for this position one is M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional holiday days scheduled on a rotating basis with other warehouse staff members.

Job Responsibilities:
To load trailers/trucks with finished products in safe and efficient manner. Will receive inbound raw materials,
and supplies. All warehouse activities to be performed in accordance Valley Milk, LLC, regulatory, and SQF
requirements.
Job Duties:
Load/unload trailer/trucks with product.
Operate forklift in safe manner.
Report maintenance issues as they occur and submit work orders when necessary.
Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and work in a manner consistent with all company,
regulatory quality, and sanitation requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure accuracy of overall inventory counts
Handle cleaning chemicals in a safe manner utilizing safety equipment such as gloves, eyewear, etc.
Clear cardboard, trash, and excess pallets from loading dock and receiving areas.
Maintain safe environment and perform other duties in a safe manner at all times.
Assist in training new operators
Ability to function in a team based structure and positively contributes to team based efforts.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year experience on sit down fork lift/riding pallet jack required.
Proficient in basic math and reading comprehension.
Must possess or attain a Forklift Operator License within 30 days of hire
