As a Smokehouse Operator in our Pet Treats department, you?ll play a key role in crafting high-quality snacks that bring joy to furry friends everywhere. You?ll operate and monitor smokehouse equipment, manage time and temperature controls, and support the careful process that gives our treats their irresistible flavor. If you enjoy working with machinery, have a knack for problem-solving, and take pride in producing something pets love, this role is the perfect opportunity to shine.

Ability to work for 8 hours or more in a stationary position or maneuver on a wet, moist, dry, greasy, floors which may include medal or plastic grating surfaces with up to 4 hours in a single interval.
Bending, twisting to assist in lifting up to 100 lbs, reaching, sitting, and grasping varies in repetitions, distance, degrees, angle, weight, heights, longest interval of time, objects grasped, and body positions depending upon the maintenance task required.
Exposure to chlorinated water ( 50 ppm, Ammonia vapors ) 5 ppm, dry ice, caustic detergents, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and other chemicals found in a poultry processing plant. Must use and / or wear protective and safety equipment required for the job.
All associates in this position are expected to:
Wear all required PPE, including but not limited to eye protection, hearing protection, bump cap, slip resistant steel-toed boots.
