Play a critical role in keeping operations moving efficiently and safely across our facility. As a Shipping & Receiving Laborer, you will support all aspects of loading, scanning, pullbacks, lift operations, yard jockey activities, and stack-off processes to ensure products are handled accurately and delivered on time. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across assigned areas, including the palletwashroom, offal room, and pallet yard. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting operational excellence.
Schedule:Monday through Saturday, 5:45am-2:45pm
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
Safely operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) in and around warehouse and staging areas, both indoors and outdoors, including driving in high-traffic environments while maintaining awareness of pedestrians, equipment, and other vehicles.
Minimum Education and Experience
Strong reading, writing, communication, analytical, and math skills.

Ability to work for 8 hours or more in a stationary position or travel on wet, moist, dry, or greasy floors, including metal or plastic grating surfaces, with up to 4 hours in a single interval.
Ability to bend, twist,lift upto 50 lbs., reach, sit, and grasp, depending on job requirements.
Exposure to chlorinated water (50 ppm), ammonia vapors (5 ppm), dry ice, caustic detergents, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and other chemicals commonly found in a poultry processing plant.
Must use and wear all protective and safety equipment required for the job.
Ability to safely handle, down-stack, and re-stack frozen boxed products in cold storage environments with temperatures ranging from 0F to 32F, while maintaining productivity, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Ability to sweep, scoop, and shovel meat products to and from large combo bins as needed, while maintaining product quality, following sanitation standards, and adhering to all safety procedures.
Ability to safely operate a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) for extended periods of time and repeatedly climb in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift while maintaining safe work practices and productivity standard
