Food Talent Solutions is partnering with an established food manufacturer to find a bilingual Production Supervisor for its Santa Cruz operation.
This is a hands-on opportunity to lead a small production team, support team leads, and keep daily operations running smoothly across dairy and frozen novelty production.
Key Role Information
- Monday–Friday, approximately 5 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Production team of approximately 10 employees, including three leads.
- Oversee daily workflow, staffing, training, and production execution.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, quality, and accountability.
- Help resolve equipment and production issues and step in alongside the team.

Ideal Background
