Food Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing food manufacturer in Terre Haute, IN to identify a Production Supervisor for its Wet Processing operations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity overseeing production teams, driving operational performance, and supporting safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
Key Role Information:
Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees.
Oversee daily production activities, staffing, workflow, and performance.
Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and operational KPIs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, SMED, and problem-solving.
Partner with plant leadership and other departments to ensure production goals are met.
What We're Looking For:
Previous production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience with automated manufacturing processes preferred.
Background in food, beverage manufacturing highly desirable.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production performance metrics.
