Salary Up To $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Upper Midwest
We are recruiting a Plant Director for a growing client in a food and beverage industry manufacturing plant. We need a Plant Director who is a strong leader. You must have experience in dairy; cheese and/or ice cream manufacturing experience would be ideal.
You?ll be responsible for the implementation of operational excellence processes, mentor managerial employees to increase their engagement in the continuous improvement processes.
You?ll work with each department to help them develop their budgets, establish KPI?s, implement Lean & Continuous Improvements processes that will increase reliability and thru put in this complex manufacturing plant.
Your goal is to bring all the departments together to achieve KPI?s and meet corporate & customer quality standards.
You?ll be assisting with capital project execution, providing overall support and guidance to the team.
Minimum requirements for this Plant Director?s position:
- Bachelor?s Degree.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management.
- Must have dairy manufacturing industry experience; cheese and/or ice cream manufacturing experience would be ideal.
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated people leadership attributes.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent team building skills.
