We have been retained to fill a Plant Director role in a large food and beverage facility in North Carolina.
This person will have responsibility for a 500+ person plant with a complex group of products and high-speed production and packaging lines.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
- History of developing people, process, and systems
- Track record of utilizing TPM, Lean or similar Continuous Improvement Programs to achieve results
- Ability to create a vision for the plant, a road map to get there, and hold people accountable
- Hands-on out on the floor leader who understands the problems of the people and helps leaders prioritize their opportunities
