Sales Manager Overview:
The Sales Manager will develop and maintain new and existing account portfolios. Development includes researching and servicing customer needs, working directly with purchasing managers, corporate leaders, and warehousing specialists to address and determine packaging requirements, inventory concerns, cost-benefit, and consultation.
Products: Corrugated and Custom Printed Boxes
Territory: Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware Base Location: Central Pennsylvania
Machine Operator Overview
Operate the corrugated box-making machines to efficiently and effectively meet the plant?s demand for corrugated boxes and the overall scheduling needs of the department.
Must have prior experience running a corrugated box machine
Service and Sales Leader and Representative Overview (two positions)
To generate and meet sales goals to achieve maximum profitability and growth for Phoenix/Packaging Inc. within assigned sales territory. To create or enhance packaging solutions for new and existing accounts by utilizing the Company?s resources throughout the sales process.
