This role is at the center of our manufacturing operation, bringing together production schedules, materials, inventory, and capacity to build plans the business can execute. You?ll lead and develop a planning team, work closely with colleagues across operations and supply chain, and help us respond when demand or priorities change.
We?re looking for someone who has:
5 7 years of progressive experience in production, supply, or materials planning in manufacturing, including at least two years leading a team
A strong understanding of production scheduling, MRP, capacity planning, inventory, and supply and demand balancing
Experience using ERP or MRP systems, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations
The confidence to explain planning risks, influence decisions across teams, and keep people aligned when plans change
A practical approach to improving processes and helping others grow
Experience with JD Edwards or SAP, S&OP, or a high-SKU or batch-manufacturing environment would be a plus.
