HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE

As a Production Packer, you will play an important role in ensuring our products are packaged accurately, inspected for quality, and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and focus on quality will help deliver products that meet consumer expectations while supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Packaging & Production Support

  • Pick up finished product from the production line and package it into the appropriate containers.
  • Case and pack finished products according to established packaging specifications.
  • Support production operations by ensuring products are packaged efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain production flow while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

Quality Inspection & Food Safety

  • Perform product inspections throughout the packaging process.
  • Verify finished products meet quality specifications and standards.
  • Identify and remove products that do not meet quality requirements.
  • Rework products that do not meet specifications according to established procedures.
  • Support food safety and quality standards at all times.

Documentation & Recordkeeping

  • Inspect and verify proper product coding and identification.
  • Accurately record required production and quality information.
  • Maintain production documentation in accordance with company procedures.

Safety & Teamwork

  • Follow all quality control standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety requirements.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and safe work practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
  • Support a positive team environment and continuous improvement efforts.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support shift rotations, weekend schedules, holiday work, and overtime as required by business needs.

Together, you will ensure products are manufactured, inspected, and packaged safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (MUST HAVE)

  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to inspect products and identify quality concerns.
  • Ability to accurately record production information.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform continuous packaging activities.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience performing product inspections and quality checks.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Experience maintaining production records and documentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Manufacturing environment with exposure to:
    • Production machinery
    • Industrial noise
    • Heat and changing production conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and repetitive packaging activities.
  • May require shift rotation and frequent weekend or holiday work.
  • Team-based production environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.


Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
