Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bag Curd in wrap area
- Stamp curd bags for next day production
- Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.

Education and Experience
- Prefer High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must read and write english

Math skills - Must be dependable
