Job description:
We have a high speed baking plant in Iowa where management wears several hats. We willtrain a Production Supervisor or Food Science Grad in all areas of plant management through various assigned bakery projects in Operations, Production, Food Safety and R&D. You will be working directly with the Plant Manager. It's not a 9-5 job but an excellent opportunity to gain high speed bakery experience in all aspects of Plant Management, Certification, Continuous Improvement and Product Development. The location is near the resort town of Clear Lake and 2 hours to either Des Moines or Minneapolis. Currently the plant worksday shift only.

Candidates must be authorized to permanently work in the USA and be graduates of a Baking Science program or have high speed baking experience.
