Description

*Must be able to train for 3 weeks on 1st shift *
Job Summary: Responsible for assembly product for individual orders andloading ontrailers for shipment.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
  • Receive load packet withpick ticketsfromload coordinator
  • Hand outpicktickets to pickers
  • Use Shop Floorsystem tolocateproduct
  • Use forklift/high-liftto pick the product (use proper age dates when picking order)
  • Scan the picked product to the order
  • Wrap each pallet using an automated wrap machine
  • Fill out properpaperwork(Talley sheet, seal tag, palletreport(Costco).
  • Load assigned trailer in order of shipment stops and to meet weight requirements
  • Work in a safe manner
  • Follow Food Safety Guidelines
  • Follow Housekeeping Procedures
Qualifications:
  • Ability tooperatehigh lift/ forklift in a safe manner
  • Must be able todemonstratesafe work practices
  • Must pass certification tooperatea high lift/forklift
  • Must be able to safely lift 100 lbs. consistently throughout shift
  • Ability to work in environment of 28 degrees
  • Ability tooperatescan gun
  • Ability tooperateShop Floorsystem
  • Ability tooperateautomatic wrapping machines
  • Understanding of thelogisticsof loading a trailer
