Build a controlled, compliant, and scalable procurement environment as our Procurement PolicyandProcess Manager. You will define andmaintainenterprise procurement policies, standards, and end-to-end processes that are practical, adopted, and continuously improved. Partnering across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Procurement teams,you?llreduce risk, boost compliance, and enable consistent, efficient execution,ideal for a detail-oriented leader who drives governance, clarity, and measurable process improvements in a fast-paced enterprise.
The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $133,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Design end-to-end procurement processes
from category strategy, strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, risk management topurchaseordermanagement.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree and 6 8 years of experience in procurement governance, policy, or process excellence, including experience leading teams or workstreams and influencing senior stakeholders.
