??The Opportunity
We are looking for adetail-oriented, driven, and proactive Logistic & Accounts Coordinatorto join our team.
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives onorganization, problem-solving, and building relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to customer while keeping accounts and data accurate and up to date.
??What you will be doing
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and keep logistics data updated
- Process orders, arrange transportation, manage inventory
- Monitor in-bound shipments and track containers to ensure timely deliveries
- Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and find quick, effective solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers/partners
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and update reports and documentation with precision
??What you bring
- ?? Background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- ?? 2 3 years of experience in logistics, knowledge of retailers platforms considered an important asset: Walmart RetailLink and Target POL
- ?? Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ?? Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- ?? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- ?? A proactive,
