Key Role Information
- Reports to:Managing Director; no direct reports
- Location:10 mins north of Rocky Mount
- Develop and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Manage inventory planning for ingredients, packaging, work in process, and finished goods.
- Establish inventory targets, safety stock levels, and reorder points.

Target Background
- 3-5+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, inventory, or related supply chain experience.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred, particularly with shelf life constraints.
- Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, Excel skills, and analytical ability.
