The Campbell Company?s Digital Manufacturing team is seeking a Business Analyst, Digital Manufacturing to play a key role in our enterprise digital transformation. This individual will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT, helping translatebusinessneeds into scalable digital solutions aligned with our technology roadmap.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives inahighly collaborative, cross-functional environment and brings a strong mix of business processexpertise, technical acumen, and stakeholder influence. You willassistin the discovery, design, configuration, governance, support, and continuous evolution of digital technologies across manufacturing and quality operations.
What You Will Do
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Digital Manufacturing and Quality technology landscape, including configurations, integrations, and data flows, to support initiatives ranging from minor enhancements to large-scaleenhancements
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business, functional, and compliance needs into clear, actionable requirements
Define and document current and future-state capabilities to inform gap analysis, solution design, development efforts, and change management activities
Support the partnership with third-party vendors and system integrators, supporting RFI/RFP efforts, statements of work, delivery milestones, and acceptance of final solutions
Contribute to the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with functional strategies, enterprise standards, and business capabilities
Plan and execute testing and validation activities, including authoring validation documentationas needed,to confirm solutions meet functional, performance, and compliance expectations
Work closely with cross-functional teams business partners, project managers, product teams, architects, IT, and external partners often across multiple time zones
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio & relational databases, and workflow-driven systems

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$95,000-$130,700
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
