The RoleAs Head of Product Portfolio & Technical Crop Service, you’ll lead a team of 11 experts across Europe, driving strategic product development and technical excellence. You’ll be the bridge between R&D, marketing, sales, and field performance ensuring the company’s seed offerings are not only scientifically sound but commercially successful.This is a collaborative leadership role with a strong focus on:• Strategic Portfolio Management – shaping the lifecycle of hybrid seed products.• Technical Crop Service Leadership – ensuring agronomic support and field validation.• Cross-functional Influence – aligning internal teams and external partners around a shared vision.• Change Implementation – driving transformation and embedding innovation.
What You’ll Bring• A degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Marketing, or related field.• Extensive experience in seed business leadership, product management, or agronomy.• Proven success in strategic marketing and B2B environments.• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.• Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and remote team dynamics.• Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe (20%).
