DLB Farms is a progressive, family-run grain and vegetable farm that prides itself on high-production agriculture and modern farming practices. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team in role focused on equipment operation and general farm support. This position is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys working with equipment and contributing to a variety of seasonal farm tasks. For the right candidate, this can be a year-round opportunity.
Regular Duties:- Assisting with field operations throughout the growing season
- Supporting planting, spraying, and harvest activities
- Helping with general equipment upkeep and repairs
- Contributing to day-to-day farm tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with farm equipment
- Experience operating GPS-guided machinery is an asset
- AZ/DZ licence would be considered a strong asset
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work longer hours during peak seasons
Compensation:- Wage dependent on experience and strengths.
