Senior Manager, InsuranceWe're seeking a strategic and results-driven insurance leader to oversee the growth, financial performance, and operational management of the insurance programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business and financial acumen, demonstrate confidence in managing P&L performance, and apply a data-driven approach to maximizing ROI, customer lifetime value, and risk management. Success in this position requires a strategic, results-focused leader who is motivated by mission impact and excels in a not-for-profit environment.
In this role, you will:- Drive premium, revenue, and profitability growth while managing expenses.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Oversee insurance products to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and member value.
- Manage marketing, vendor, carrier, and partner relationships to optimize program performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk management standards are met.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while advancing key strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of insurance leadership experience, including responsibility for large insurance portfolios.
- 3-5 years of team and partner management experience.
- Ability to obtain Life and Property & Casualty licenses within 18 months.
