Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)
Position Summary
The Financial Analyst will support corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities while partnering with multiple manufacturing facilities to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end close and financial reporting.
- Analyze plant financial performance, costs, and variances.
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
- Support AP/AR functions and inventory-related accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
- 3+ years of manufacturing accounting or finance experience required.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing operations.
- ERP experience required; Plex preferred.
- CPA and public accounting experience are a plus.
