ControllerA growing organization is seeking a
Controllerto lead core accounting operations and partner with leadership on financial performance. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers strong visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement reporting
- Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accuracy across operations
- Maintain internal controls, compliance, and fraud prevention processes
- Manage treasury activities (banking, wires/ACH, payment controls)
- Supervise and develop accounting team members
- Lead year-end audit and tax coordination with external partners
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for business units
Qualifications:- Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
- Strong knowledge of GL, controls, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement mindset
