Level 2, you?ll play a critical role behind the scenes, making sure vendors are paid correctly, financial data is rock solid, and the business keeps moving without a hitch.
This is not entry level AP. This is a role for someone who understands accounting processes, values confidentiality, and wants to be trusted with complex, high impact work.
What You?ll Be Doing
- Process and verify invoiceswith precision, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Review contracts andprocess grower settlements, charges, credits, and check runs
- Reconcile invoices for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, freight, storage, and utilities
- Match invoices to agreements and ensurerates, terms, and GL codingare correct
- Maintain vendor records and ensure proper tax documentation
- Assist withcheck runs, wires, manual checks, and stop payments
- Reconcile AP accounts to theGeneral Ledger monthly
- Step in as backup for other AP functions when needed

What It Takes to Succeed
- Associate Degree in Accounting or three (3) or more years of accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge ofaccounting systems
- Intermediate Excel skills(spreadsheets, formulas, data review)
- High ethical standards and absolute respect for confidentiality
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information, spot discrepancies, and solve problems
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and teamwork
