Accounting Managerfor their facility in central NE
*** Candidates must have experience in financial accounting in a large manufacturing or distribution environment ***Relocation Assistance Available (this company does not sponsor or relocate candidates from outside of the US)
Details- Responsible for the monthly close processes; supervise the completion and reviews all journal entries, account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP
- Ensure timely and accurate divisional reporting and completes required reporting and variance analyses.
- Optimizes and leverages Balance Sheet (AR, AP, Inventory)
- Ensure all costs and other accounting systems meet corporate guidelines
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team; set clear goals and performance metrics.
Requirements- BS/BA degree in Accounting (or related)
is required
- Master's degree preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
